Hi, My cat is a current patient at this vet clinic, Well yesterday she injured her left back paw and couldn't walk and was in a lot of pain. We don't know if she got hit by a car or if something else happened. I called our vet and told them what was going on and the lady told me they couldn't see her because they had no openings, I was very frantic at that point and didn't know what to do or where to take her to be seen but i knew she was in alot of pain. She did however give me phone numbers to other vets that could possibly see her. And i did end up taking her to the clinic in Mora. I'ts the East central vet in Mora. I told them what was going on and they got her in right away no questions asked!!! I will not be taking my cat to Twin Pines anymore, It wasn't like i was trying to make an appointment for a check up or anything my cat was injured and needed help right away. I feel that any vet clinic that doesn't care enough to squeeze in an injured animal doesn't deserve my business. Thankfully my cat is okay she didn't break her leg they gave her pain medication to take at home and said she needs to rest.
