The City Clerk s Office is governed by the city of Hinckley in Minnesota. The city government operates water and fire departments. Its city maintenance department is responsible for street and park maintenance. The city government operates the Hinckley Community Center, which is a more than 9,500-square-foot building that can be reserved for school functions, wedding receptions and family reunions. The City of Hinckley maintains Westside Park and Hinckley State Park, as well as offers playground equipment on a rental basis. Its government also maintains the Hinckley Public Library. The city government is responsible for imposing administrative penalties and declaring general election results.
