They are very good when it comes to treating patients upon need. When I had a bad chest cold and couldn't breath they took me right in and treated and within an hour I was feeling better because I could breath.

The wait to get in can be slow, but once the nurse grabs you its quick. All worth the wait. The nursing staff are good fun and conversation. they make you feel like family.

I have to admit over the years going to urgent care the service and nurses have improved big time. There are a few fresh faces at Urgent Care Hilo. I met two young licensed practical nurse's that graduated together. They were so welcoming, and had great conversation. I didn't want to see the doctor once I met the nurses. Their company and energy was amazing. Urgent Care Hilo is now my favorite spot. Id rather go their than my own doctors office. The service is so awesome. Try it out people, you wont be sorry.

excellent care. the new nurses there are young, vibrant, and very good at their job. customer service is amazing. I met a nurse there that was so friendly and kind. I am blown away by their service.

You need to take a book to read in the waiting-room and be patient. They struck me as very knowledgeable and in command of the kinds of problems you would take to a clinic like that. My wife and I went there probably 10 times over a 4-year period ending in 2013.

I had a visit to this clinic yesterday, and the nurse and front desk were very pleasant and helpful. On the other hand my female doctor was hands down the worst and unhelpful person. She didn't listen to my symptoms and I received no feedback by the end, but was charged for tests I asked not to take though she said it was free. I went in for a dermal problem and got charged for a urine test, which later found out that it was for a $30 pregnancy test. I could have told her the results myself! As an uninsured patient, I'm still very frustrated about the whole ordeal. But I will mention again that the front desk and the nurse are very kind.
