Davis Middle School provides learning opportunities and extracurricular activity programs for students. The school offers classes in grades six through eight. It is governed by Hillsdale Community Schools, which operates through a range of departments that includes adult and alternative, food service, maintenance, transportation and technology. The district additionally governs various elementary, middle and high schools, as well as the adult, alternative and community education center.
