Tony came on a Monday and looked at my detached liner track. He was busy installing liner replacements for 3 other customers and promised to have it done by week's end. Two days later he did the repair and I didn't even know it was done until Friday. He is a man of his word and a pool repair ninja. At this time of year, most pool repair people are busy and can't be bothered with small jobs. Tony is old school and I wish I found him years ago. He definitely valued me as a customer. Put him at the top of the list.

Tony installed our pool about 5 years ago and we have used them ever since for service. They have always been responsive. Even this past spring ater the pool was first opened I found a slow leak and after they inquired and I told them about 1/2 inch of water a day Tony came within the hour--and this was in the middle of pool opening season. It was a minor fix.
