This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle, and is for the person to whom this Limited Warranty if granted and whose name appears on the original work order. 1. Metalwork: AMWELL Auto Body provides a lifetime limited warranty on all metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. 2. Painting, stripes and decals: AMWELL Auto Body provides a lifetime limited warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. 3. Mechanical Repairs: AMWELL Auto Body provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. 4. Parts: AMWELL Auto Body provides a one (1) year limited warranty, unless mfg. warranty is less, on New OEM parts installed by or at the shop.

We just picked up our car last week and I thought I'd write a review but now that I'm here I'm blown away at some of these negative people. Everybody's situation is different but I guess some people can't be pleased no matter what. The guys at Amwell Auto did a great job repairing what I can only describe as a mess when it got towed there. I thought it was totaled but they were able to fix it and it literally seems like brand new now that we have it back. There was a slight delay from the original completion date because some parts didn't show up but I get that things happen sometimes. All in all everything went as promised and I wouldn't think twice about using these guys again if the need arises!
Great work and great staff! They've been a fixture in the community for over 40 years and always have been supportive towards community sports and projects.
I would have given them 6 stars. Great experience. All the office staff is very friendly. Dropped in for an estimate on a small dent in the bumper. John took a look, fixed it for me in 10 mins with a little heat for no charge. He also gave me a reasonable estimate for fixing my passenger side door which got hit in the Lowes parking lot. Definitely going back to these guys to get it fixed soon.
Just picked up my car and here are my observations: The women behind the counter, I think her name is Pat, has the worst and most unprofessional attitude. While I was disputing the bill(more on that later) she made comments such as "I've been doing this for longer than you" "not today, I can't deal with this today" while holding her temples. Rolling her eyes and generally just being rude.
The bill: Original estimate was for ~$3500 which included the replacement of one wheel and one tire. My plan was to have it done at the dealership. Total cost ~$800. The check they gave me for the difference of the estimate and the work performed was for $410. For 15 minutes straight she was insulting me for not "understanding" how the cost of the tire and wheel replacement became $410 instead of $800. The car is leased and had no choice but have the check sent to Audi who in turn mailed to the shop. All said and done, I'm out of $400 and the choice I have is to let it go or spend thousands recovering that $400.
As far as the work quality, there is a screw in my front tire(barely scraped, it's new), missing a few bolts from the fender liner, headlight washer cap crooked and had to have the new paint wet sanded again to remove the horrible orange peel. Kind of funny that the estimator told me its a must that they blend the new paint onto the existing panel because otherwise it won't look right. Well, blending orange peel onto the mirror smooth factory finish looks great, gotta tell ya...
We just picked up our car last week after Amwell Auto Body repaired it from an accident on the snowy roads recently. It looks great and my wife said the people she dealt with were courteous and professional. We would go there again if needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others A+

We went to AAB recently to get our vehicle repaired after an accident and they did a great job, from the repairs and paint to cleaning the car inside and out before we picked it up. Didn't expect that for sure. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again in the event of needing body shop services A+

After getting in my second accident in less than a year :( I took my call to Amwell AB for an estimate and repairs after seeing their good ratings. They did a really nice job and I've had zero problems with the repairs unlike another shop I went to from the last accident. Amwell AB is A+ in my book and I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to go there again (but I hope I never get in another accident)
We made appoints twice with them through car insurance company, for some reason, by the time of dropping off the car, they didn't have our appointments on both times. The lady speaking with us was quite grumpy. We'll go to another body shop for such reasons.

amwell auto body did an awesome job getting my benz back to the way it was.the whole nose was destroyed from a deer and you cant tell it ever happened.thank you.a+++

I took my car here after hitting a deer :( but they fixed it and did a great job. It was even cleaned when I picked it up and I didn't expect that. Great job
What else can I say, this place did an incredible job fixing my damaged car. Someone ran a red light and smashed the front end and it drives and looks new again after being repaired at Amwell Auto Body. The car was even clean when I picked it up. Thanks :-)

First class all the way. A MUCH better experience than another local shop I dealt with in a previous accident (I won't mention names). The owner and staff were very accomodating and they did a great job making the car back to new condition. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Amwell if I ever need body shop services again.

I couldn't agree more with the last post. My experience at Amwell Auto Body was that every one of the staff I dealt with is very cordial and knowledgeable, and the accident repairs were excellent. My car looks and drives brand new again. They even washed and cleaned it before I picked it up. Thanks :)

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and had repairs to my car done here. It was in pretty bad shape and they did a fantastic job! You'd never know the car was in an accident and they even had it done 2 days before the date they originally gave me. They even washed it and cleaned the inside before I picked it up! Considering the crappy circumstance of having your car wrecked, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone at Amwell Auto Body!
recently picked up my acura from being repaired at amwell and i agree with greybears post.my car was way cleaner than when i dropped it off.repair was undetectable and done when i needed it.office staff was great,enterprise was awesome and my insurance adjuster was very helpfull.good job guys.thank you.
