Amsterdam Elementary School is affiliated with the Hillsborough School District. Located in Hillsborough, N.J., the school provides a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through four. Its core curriculum includes English, arts, vocal music, science, social studies, mathematics, and computer and physical education. Amsterdam Elementary School also provides reading, writing, spelling, computer education, world languages, media studies, speech and life skills programs. The school additionally offers guidance, occupational therapy, resource and child study programs. It offers the Amsterdam School and Home Association, which offers various programs to support students, including book fairs, winter blue basket auction and box tops for education programs.
