The owner Howard Allen did my inspection. I originally was thinking of not doing the inspection since the house was newer and everything looked good to me and a contractor friend of mine. What a mistake that would have been. Howard uncovered a major foundation problem and saved me from making a huge mistake. Howard was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. My wife and I highly recommend him and will refer him to anyone we know buying a home.
