The best italian restaurant in Hillsborough, I eat here at least twice a week and is always excellent!!!! The negative reviews sound ridiculous to me, I know the owner and he's very nice, only one time my food spill by the time I got home, I called Vinny's and they told me to come back and get a new order for free!!! I highly recommended to anyone who's is in the mood for great service and great food :)

My experience had been pretty good up until recent events. Whatever happened to good customer service? Since there are only a few restaurants located in Hillsborough,, I think this is one that gets regular business and with that in mind, their customer base may be steady. However, given the other reviews of bad customer service, understandingly so, i don t think their good standing will last long if they continue to treat their customers with disrespect. I ordered a takeout dish on my lunch break and when I returned to the office I found ingredients missing. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they asked me what did I want to do about it and I asked what they would be willing do since I could not return it, not enough time remaining on my break. The manager was then put on the phone and his reply to me was So, can t you eat your food with the missing ingredient in such a condescending way. I love it!!!! My kids go crazy for their pizza, my husband loves the baked lasagna and for me the chef salad! We mostly do take out, but when we go in to eat we get excellent service, I give it 5 stars!!!

I BEG TO DIFFER ON THE FIRST REVIEW OF VINNY'S. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN ISSUE AT VINNY'S. THE HEALTH GRADE IS HANGING IN THE DINING ROOM AND IS AN "A". KEN IS A GREAT MANAGER AND ALWAYS HAS A SMILE ON HIS FACE! HE IS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR OUR ORDER, AND THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.
