OMG! You have to experience this place at least once. I've lived in Hillsborough for 3 yrs now, and I've had to either drive to Durham or deal with strip mall places that treat you as if you are a number. This is a "true" nail spa, including soft music, candles, refreshments, and more important...one on one service and no other clients or staff buzzing around you!! The shopping center is a little old, but once inside, you forget all about it! The prices are affordable, and I have found a new home!! My nail tech was Trina, and she was the absolute sweetest person!! :)

The services here are fabulous. Trina works with such care and skill. The products (Spa Ritual) are low chemical, so the spa and the products smell fabulous. I did have to laugh when I walked into the Propane shop in the Maxway plaza in order to find Ciao Bella, but once inside the calm and peace of this amazing space melted away any concerns about the exterior. If you want skillful and reasonably priced nail care, this is the place in Hillsborough.

I visisted this place for the first time one week. The outside will definitely fool you, but inside it feels as if you walk into another world! The staff was amazing and the nail salon was so relaxing. Candles, music, and even treats are served!! The pedicure was fabulous, I immediately made another appt for a future date.
