General Info

We offer group yoga and meditation classes as well as individual private yoga and meditation sessions. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, while our private sessions will help you learn the basics, build and/or refine your practice and deepen your personal journey. Hillsboro is located in the Driftless region of WI. YogaPalm is in the heart of this region with rolling hills, 180 acres of forest and a pond to calm the mind and soul.
