The best place for waxing! The tech are really professional! The waxing is not painful at all. I always feel satisfied with the service and the way I was pampered at this salon. The owner and staff are so sweet.

I highly recommend Kitty, for your manicure, pedicure and waxing. I followed her to Isse Salon and very happy I did. Her new location is nicer and cleaner then before. She is very professional and easy to work with. I am always satisfied with my results. All the people in Isse Salon are very friendly and make you feel welcome. It is worth trying it out!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I went here with 2 of my friends and my daughter for mani\pedis. We had appts for 5 people(the 5th wasn't able to go). They were not ready for us, even though we were on time. 3 of us had cold water in our pedi bowls, 1 was scalding and burned her. They finally got around to us adults, but left my 7 year old daughter waiting half an hour, with her feet in cold water, despite the fact I asked it to be warmed 3 times. The pedis were ok, nothing special. On to manis, they split up our group into all different areas of the salon, even my daughter... ok weird. My nail tech Kitty made me bleed twice and didn't apologize. I asked if they had time to wax 2 of us when we first arrived, they said yes. After the worst mani I have ever had (this includes beauty school, I am a fully licensed cosmetologist) I went to get waxed. Before I had fully laid down Kitty was putting wax on me, no cleanser, no powder. She then told me I owed her $51. As I am responding she rips the wax off, and some of my skin. No cleaning residue wax off either, just wax, rip, and done. I am APPALLED at this point. I advised Kitty my friend had already paid for all of us prior to my wax. Kitty continued to berate me, saying I havent paid the right amount. I told her if that was true then I or my friend would pay the difference. (My friends nail tech asked Kitty the amount when my friend was paying for every one.) Kitty and I went out of the waxing room and she started YELLING at my friends nail tech over $10 that wasn't paid yet. Both my friend and I grab a ten out of our purses to pay. Kitty then kicks me out of the station I was drying at " You move, I have client, you sit over there." We tipped the other 3 nail techs, but not Kitty. My friend called on tuesday (our appt were saturday) and talked to the owner, all she said was sorry and" I told Kitty in vietnemese to stop yelling". Then the owner asked all to come back again. Are you kidding?! This was at 5pm, at 9:15pm KITTY called my friend apologizing for being rude, nothing else. Today is wednesday the ripped skin on my face is almost better, but my nail and surrounding skin are terrible, almost all my polish (french manicure) is gone.I have a total of about 20 hangnails from her removing "lots of dead skin" that wasn't dead. I have scabs from where she made me bleed. My hands look awful. I have been a fully licensed cosmetologist since 2003, this is my worst salon experience ever.
