Holland Properties does a great management job. Recently, our microwave failed, and it was quickly replaced. It's very convenient having automatic rent payment. At the end of our 1-year lease we needed an extension. We were granted a 6-month extension at no increase in rent.

We have appreciated the staff of Holland Properties. They are friendly, courteous and have taken care of property emergencies in an expedient manner. They do a great job of communicating with their clients as well as doing quality work.
