Was told that we couldn't see someone for 5 days because our referral did not come specifically from the Tualatin ER. It did not matter that we our Zoomcare physician said we should see someone within the next 3 days for a punctured eardrum, currently bleeding. I just thought this was really poor service considering there is more than one ENT at this location, and that my husband was in pain. I am hoping that it was just this one person, and that if we have the referral sent directly over from Zoomcare that we might have better luck with getting in sooner. Who tells someone with a punctured eardrum that they didn't go to the right urgent care to deserve preferential scheduling? I would have thought that having any kind of referral regarding a bleeding eardrum would be considered urgent enough

I have been seeing Gail Sunsdstum for 4+ years. She is amazing at what she does and every time I go there I feel as if I am visiting a dear friend.
