The organization s services include case management, crisis handling, addiction treatment, housing and employment assistance, medication management and secure residential treatment. Its administrative services include fiscal management, quality assurance, information technology support, asset management and organizational development. The organization offers various child and family support services, including psychiatric assessment and treatment and therapies for youths and families. Cascadia supports group programs that include foster care services for youths. In addition, the organization operates a youth substance abuse program. It has a workforce of more than 1,300 employees.
