My repairs took a day and a half not the 2 to 3 hours promised , My bill was almost 300 dollars higher than quoted and when I complained I was told in a very loud voice to deal with it and this is the price. And my car is still not fixed right I have received allot of run around and not very happy with the service , and when I got into my car it smells like cigarettes .I will not return and I will file a complaint with the BBB and demand a full refund and take my vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed... never have I been taken advantage of and treated like this

This is a real gem for car repairs of all kind, I first found them because of tires but now go to them for everything. Unlike many auto businesses, they are honest and accommodating. I always feel as though they take the reality of life into consideration and offer me recommendations and solutions that I can live with. As a single mom, I particularly appreciate this.

After hitting a curb when I was in Hilliard I decided to stop in to the Hilliard Tire Center to get an estimate on the damages. When I arrived Jason said they would call me back in the next few hours. I waited an entire day with no phone call from them! Then, a began calling the following day and they kept telling me that my car was next. When they finally called me back they let me know that the damage was something that they could not repair. Then, they charged me $70.00!!!! I told her that I was not aware that they charged for an estimate, and she said they didn't. They chose to hook my car up to a machine that tested the alignment and charged me for it without even asking my approval!!! Then, she said I could not transfer my car to a different shop unless I paid the fee. They didn't even fix or do anything and they are charging me...that's rediculous! I am very disappointed!

Jason and his crew are great to work with. They are knowledgable, fair and I never feel like I'm getting taken for a ride when I bring my vehicles in for service. His dad always served my family well, and Jason has definately carried on that tradition. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for tires or auto work.
