I called The Ecoplumbers because our hot water heater went out. Adam Kennedy explained that it needed to be replaced even though it was only about 8 months old. It was spewing water everywhere and had flooded our basement.The Ecoplumbers did not put the existing hot water heater in.Adam took the time to get the serial number off of the ruined unit and googled the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. It was! All we would need to pay was the labor and extra parts costs. Adam rigged the existing unit so that we could at least have cold water until they could get the new unit in. Two technicians, Dan and JP, showed up on time the next morning to install the new hot water heater. They were so nice and courteous. They explained everything they would be doing and were extremely professional. My faucet outside was leaking and I asked them if they could take a look at it.They fixed that too. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my home. It was a great experienc
