The worst experience I aver had trying to buy a car. BMW finance completely wasted my time and is unfairly blackballing me, preventing me from getting a car. I put down a deposit and was very happy with my sales rep. Of course the finance department ruined everything. I would think twice before trying to buy or lease a BMW. You will have a lot of new inquiries on your credit report for nothing.

They financed my car at a low interest rate. I set up easy pay and paid every month. When I was in a wreck and the insurance "totaled" my car, when it was very repairable, Ryan Holderin at BMW worked to override their "policy" so that I could retain my car and have it repaired. The only problem person at BMW was someone named Dawn who told me in very hateful terms that I could not get my car back.

This is the worst group of account representatives I have ever worked with. Every single senior account representative should be retrained or removed from their position. They have no idea how to solve problems or expedite paperwork for the benefit of the customer. They are a disgrace to the world of BMW associates, being a customer from 1986 having owned and leased 9 vehicles I am appalled with Hillard, Ohios staff. Shame on you !
