This Spring, Air Consulting Services found a great deal of mold and water damage in my basement. They took on the entire job of removing paneling, wall board, and rotted wood to expose the mold, treated the areas to remove the mold, and then painted everything with a mold resistant paint. Their recommendation was to prevent further water from entering the basement, so I hired a landscaper to dig trenches and lay pipes to divert water from downspouts. Not only was the mold removal successful, but their recommendation to divert the downspouts has resulted in a dry basement. I am extremely happy with the service and expert advice that I received. I am pleased to recommend Air Consulting Services for any problems of this type.

I had an excellent experience with Air Consulting. They diagnosed & managed severe respiratory & skin symptoms that my wife & I developed upon moving into a new house. Our general house inspector, unfortunately, missed a marked mold problem completely. The best part was that Dave spent time explaining his approach & the reasoning behind that. As a scientist, I was impressed. Moreover, as he explained the logic of his approach (i.e. mitigating water & house conditions that can lead to mold), it was clear that that testing that other companies perform is not useful & in reality is a waste of money. The mitigation that was performed (some by us, some by Air Consulting) was extremely effective. Moreover, it was focused and less costly that I anticipated. Dont fall for the testing and the pseudo-science that some companies try to push. This is the place to go for simple, effective solutions to your mold problem.
