Established in 1979, Highland Elementary School focuses on the academic and social development of students in kindergarten through grade five. It has an enrollment of more than 850 students. The school s basic curriculum includes English, social studies, mathematics, science, and health and physical education. It employs several teachers, as well as a speech therapist and a psychologist.
