This place is a disgrace. They don't listen to patients when they tell the nurses how there medical condition needs to be treated like lymphedema you need compression you tell the nurses they can't take the wraps off and leave them off they argue with you.The staff is inadequate and rude.

The Hudson Valley Rehabilitation & Extended Care Center administers a long-term home health care program that is designed for people who have chronic health problems and are eligible for Medicaid. It provides aide, skilled nursing, therapy, dining and social day care services. The center also offers transportation solutions for medical appointments to residents. The Hudson Valley Rehabilitation & Extended Care Center additionally organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, including music and quilt contests.
