I am living in my fourth home with my fourth pool. The last two pools installed were by Charlie Burger. I own a business in construction as well and there are scenarios where things can go wrong. BUT THAT IS WHERE YOU WANT A GUY LIKE CHARLIE. I refer him to many of my customers who own high end homes. As it is my name on the line as well when he installs a pool, I would not be referring two to three a year to him. He stands behind his word, is upfront and honest. Out of all the pool people in the area there are only a handful that are true pool professionals and have the customers best interest and Charlie is one of them. Folks, things happen and if a contractor says they never have issues - run! Things happens, but when I buy my next house Charles Burger will be putting in his third pool for me!!!!

He is upfront, honest and stands behind his product and services. Find me another contractor who gives you his home number or tells you where he lives! When I build my next house, Charlie will be putting in his third pool for me.!

Since this was a very large investment, we spent several months doing research on pool companies. We met with several before Charlie Burger. It was an eye opener. A few high profile pool companies had numerous BBB compalints that were not resolved. Others I met face to face but left very uncomfortable. Some just said I will cover the details when you are ready. We would be if we heard what we wanted to hear. Finally, we went to Foxx Pools by Charles Burger. We sat down with Charlie & Julie to cover some preliminary details. Then we setup an apointment for him to come out to the house. He was there promptly and covered all the options and pricing. He left that night with no pressure to "sign up" Several weeks later we decided to go for it! Met again and actually was talked out of a larger more expensive pool. Make a long story short, the pool, fencing and patio was installed to perfection!! The choice to go with Charlie was 100% the right one. Two thumbs up !!!
