They took my money and four different times did not show to deliver the oil. If you research this company on the web you will find many other extremely dissatisfied customers. I was left with two small children and no oil and out the money, I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card. This company is terrible. First off, the woman who answers the phone is unbelievably rude. Second, even if you live right around the corner from the company and you have a delivery scheduled in advance, you don't get your delivery until 8-9:00 at NIGHT! One time we need oil badly because we were really low, we called and they said they would be here the next day which was a Saturday, so the next day they came at 9:17pm, sat in the driveway and then Left Without Putting in Any Oil!!!! The guy never came to the front door, never called- nothing. We still don't know why he didn't fill. On Monday we waited until 11am to call the company and the woman said she didn't check messages yet so that's why she never called us back. BEWARE! VERY UNRELIABLE BUSINESS!
