Treger Studio of Martial Arts is a family oriented facility that provides Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, Karate, fitness classes and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for students of all ages. Our motto at TSMA is "Not just a school but a family!" and this is something you will feel as soon as you walk in the door. Our school provides a place of learning for students of all ages and skill levels, but the TSMA experience goes further than that. There is a strong sense of camaraderie between students, family members and instructors both in and outside the studio that shows our moto "Not just a school but a family!" is at the core of our program.
