We rented a golf cart for nine holes and was told after 6 holes that we needed to return the carts because the staff had to go home. I did not pay for a cart for 6 holes i paid for 9 holes. This was at Highland Hills on Green Road. The staff also lacks customer service skills. I read the the Plain Dealer that you want to attract people to the Cities Golf Course. If that is your goal you should start with teaching the staff customer service skills.
