I have been a customer of these people for over 12 yrs. I have found them to be helpful and quite honest. I have used them for home projects as well as for my business, trailers, forklift etc. They have decent prices for propane and only charge for what they dispense not for a partially filled bottle.

CROOK Alert!! These people are crooks! do not rent from them!



I rented a trencher for 3 hours at 2:10 PM for $55. I knew it was going to take max 2 hours, their employee Devin said if I brought it back on Monday before 8AM there would be no extra charge because my 3 hours would be up after they closed. I show up Monday morning before 8AM to return, an employee named Andy runs my card and I notice that the total is $112, I told him this was wrong and that I only used it for 2 hours and that devin told me that if I brought it back before 8AM I would not be charged for more time.



Andy gets angry and tells me it is not his fault that I did not bring it back on time (Even though they were closed) I tell him that I need my money back and that if he does not he is going to get bad reviews from me and others that were with me when I was renting. He said he does not care and that he will take the "Hit" (Obvious he does not care about his customers or his business) He then proceeds to tell me that I am a terrible customer and that no one would want to do business with me anyway.



So please, please spread the word about these crooks that care nothing about their customers. Im in the process of calling the Better business bureau and then after that an attorney to be my $50 back from them
