Horrible customer service. Tried to exchange the note 7 today, they said they can't do it but we could do it at another store.

Horrible Customer Service! Went in with a broken phone and was told they couldn't help me because the phone wouldn't turn on. Right! That's because its broken. Didn't bother to look up my account and see that I was up for a contract renewal and they probably could have gotten a sale. Instead wrote the number to AT&T insurance on a torn piece of paper. This store was the straw that broke the camels back. We will be trasnferring our service to a more professional and helpful provider.
