Penn-Griffin School for the Arts serves more than 500 students in grades 6 through 10. The school has a cafeteria that serves lunch and breakfast to students. In addition, it offers various after-school programs. Penn-Griffin School for the Arts also operates a library and media center that offers an accelerated reader program. Its academic curriculum includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, computer literacy, art, and health and physical education. Additionally, the school has a guidance counseling department for students, parents and teachers. Penn-Griffin School for the Arts offers a variety of additional courses, such as reading, phonics, mathematics, language arts, history and geography. Located in High Point, N.C., the school is a part of Guilford County Schools.
