I was running behind getting to my appointment, which was at 3:45PM. I came through the door at 3:46PM and told the person there that I had an appointment for a father & son haircut. My son & I was seated the waiting area, asked if we wanted any beverages while we waited. The staff are all super courteous, not a single person working there didn't stop and ask us if we needed anything. We had been there about 15 minutes waiting and, I being the butthole I can be at times, was starting to get agitated. I informed one the staff that we would try this again "maybe". She asked us not to leave and she would help us get in a chair ASAP. The young lady that we had the appointment with came in, seeing that I was not happy asked what was wrong. "Our appointment was at 3:45PM" I said. She looked at her watch, said "its only 4:08PM" and smiled. She cut our hair and did a real nice job. She was very personable. I would recommend this place and will be a customer there. Just don't be in a rush. :)
