I used to think this was a good place to live, but the longer I'm here the more I change my mind. I think there is room for improvement, but is RAM going to fork out the money to make those improvements? For example, we could use a professional pool person to care for the pool. About 7 out of 10 times I go to the pool, the water is cloudy and the pool really needs to be cleaned. I don't think it is the residents place to do this. (Although we have some good residents that do it.) Also the parking area is a free roaming area at night. We constantly have non residents roaming the parking lot at night to see what they can steal. Maybe a couple of camera's around the parking area would stop this. The laundry area and workout room seem to have the same problem.
