Founded in 1988, Digby Eye Associates is an optical center that provides eye examination and vision correction services. It performs implantable corrective lens procedure that treats problems, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. With a facility in Greensboro, N.C., the center offers conductive keratoplasty services for the treatment of presbyopia. Digby Eye Associates also performs LASIK procedure to enhance vision, as well as provides treatment to patients who suffer from cataracts. In addition, it offers treatment for glaucoma disease and performs cosmetic and therapeutic eyelid surgery. The center advises clients on the use of various types of contact lenses, such as spherical, bifocal, astigmatic and colored. Digby Eye Associates also performs panretinal photocoagulation laser surgery to cure diabetic retinopathy patients.
