- New ConstructionDavis-Martin-Powell & Associates provided complete planning, design, and construction services for the expansion of the Ward Water Treatment Plant. This $10.7 million project increased treatment capacity from 16 MGD to 32 MGD and was completed in 1999. The facility treats water from Oak Hollow and City Lake and provides finished water to citizens of High Point, Archdale, Jamestown and surrounding areas.
- DrivewaysThe project will include removal and replacement of a concrete driveway and parking area, improvements to an asphalt driveway and parking area, and improvements to a sidewalk adjacent to the asphalt parking area.
- Asphalt PavingRehabilitate asphalt surface and install 1/2-inch SBR Synthetic Surface on track facilities at Central Davidson Senior High School; miscellaneous storm drainage improvements; pedestrian access improvements; asphalt paving of an existing gravel driveway.

- Retaining WallsA major feature of this project included the construction of a 15 foot high segmental retaining wall with a vehicular / pedestrian barrier parapet to preserve the natural area in front of the Cancer Center.
