Used this caterer for my daughters wedding. They served the wrong kind of roast beef, the chicken was so dry you could not eat it, and the chocolate fondue was nothing more than hersheys syrup warmed up. When we went for a tasting , we were very impressed and booked them right then. At the reception, the servers contacted the owner about the mistake with the roastbeef, after waiting 2 days and not hearing anything from the owner, I contacted her. She wrote the wrong thing on the order and tried to blame me for not catching her mistake! I also informed her that the servers were seen packing up large amounts of food and wedding cake and loading it into the catering van. The owner denied that this happened even though I had at least 8-10 people tell me about this at different times in the days after the event. All of the leftover food was to be given to me according to the owner - since I had paid for it (payed for 100 people and only 80 came) . Would never recommend this caterer!
