Please do not use this cleaner. I have nothing against this business. My review is based upon the job or lack thereof done on my coat. I took my wool pea coat to this cleaner with the intention of having stale odors removed from having had it in a smelly storage area. I had been told previously that if I managed to bring my article in prior to 10am for cleaning, it would be completed that day (a minimum of 3 hours required). It seems they failed to clean my coat. They removed a minor amount of lint caused by my scarf that was on my coat (of which I could have removed with any of my lint removers and they only removed but so much) and justified it as clean. I paid assuming my coat was cleaned since it was tagged and bagged. Lesson learned.
