This was my first visit to Dr. Smook's office and I was very impressed with Dr.Smook and the front desk staff. My insurance was checked prior to my appointment and I downloaded the patient information form, which kept the initial paperwork to a minimum. Dr. Smook was very thorough in his exam and in explaining my treatment plan. I have every confidence that my future treatment and appointments will be of the same caliber.
