EM & EM sales pitch is much better than performance. Exceptionally expensive but then fails to deliver anything close to real value. Had chimney relined and partial rebuild of chimney stack - about 100 bricks. Work was OK but that was it. cleanup was a disaster. Motor/cement washdown from brickwork covered the patio. Basement floor covered with debris from old liner. Soot everywhere. Also had damage to siding from careless ladder placement. Sales rep finally came back to clean up himself. Owner failed to reply to numerous phone calls. Siding damage never resolved. Very unsatisfied with this company. BBB and professional affiliations are meaningless. Look around your neighborhood for new chimney work and talk with those homeowners. You don't have to get ripped off.

A lot of chimney companies get a bad rap but the fine folks at Em & Em are not in this group. They called me when their servicemen where heading to my house instead of me waiting there all day. They answered all my questions and did a tremendous job and cleaned up afterwards. It was impressive to learn that they go beyond the chimney sweeps, etc and provide a lot of services. I would highly recommend Em & Em for any residence or business owner.
