This is the only company that I have ever used that did a fabulous job without a high pressure sales routine. The work was great! They even called me after to make sure I was happy with the technician. I would reccommend All American to anyone on a budget looking for a great service.

I have tried repeatedly to speak with a manager or owner since my carpets were cleaned and have been denied by the receptionist. The carpets were not at all cleaned and stayed wet for at least 24 hours. What a mess!

I stayed home twice, and they cancelled on me twice the first time they never showed up, the second time they gave poor excuses called me to cancel at 3pm they also wanted to reschedule and when I said I would rent a machine myself they said "good for you and hung up on me.
