Unifour Pain Treatment Physicians is dedicated to making advanced pain relief an experience free of stress, worry and anxiety. Patients receive personal care and individualized treatment from board-certified, fellowship-trained anesthesiologists who sub-specialize in acute and chronic pain management. Working closely with primary care physicians, specialists, physical therapists, and counselors, we take a team approach to developing high-quality, customized pain treatment plans to relieve the diseases and injuries that cause pain. There is no painful condition too minor to treat; we'll assist any patient to whom our services have been recommended. Conditions and types of pain that might be considered for a management program include cancer pain, low back pain, shingles, fibromyalgia, diabetes, neuropathies and neuralgias, chronic muscle spasm, and failed back surgery. Self-referrals are welcome at all three of our locations, conveniently located in Lenoir, Hickory, and Statesville, North Carolina.
