My family wanted to try Paw Tales because it was afordable and looks nice and clean. We took one of our dogs and our rabbit. We dropped our pets off at 8:30 a.m. and called frequently throughout the day to see if they were finshed "Being pampered"... they said twice they would notify us when the pets were ready. 10 hours later we picked them up and they told my mom that our rabbit had "a rash" on her bottom. The next day my rabbit Cali was lethargic and not very responsive. We took her to the Banfield vet and got made aware that Cali had two Lacerations the size of a fifty cent piece and A quarter on each side of her tail she was also VERY dehydrated. The vet said Cali was most likely in shock from whatever happened at the vet. We seringe fed her and gave her pain meds and antibiotics for three days after. Cali died on day four. I wish i never would have left her in the hands of them and she'd probley still be around. We called to inform paw tales and they took no responsibility.

These are great people, they are very very clean very orderly, and I know they have security cameras recording in ALL parts of their facility, in the grooming area, bathing, etc. Thats more than any other groomers can say around here. They have been in business for years, and are building a huge facility that will ROCK!!!!
