i.e.,I got my parents 2 Buffalo's giftcards for Christmas to show them what a great place this was to eat. I have NEVER been so upset with service at an eating establishment. We ordered a plate of 18 wings, a plate of 24 wings, and a fry basket. We waited 35 minutes; I watched the clock the whole time for our food to come out. We counted the number of people that were getting served before us and saw 4 families come in the door, eat and leave before we were even served. After the long wait when the food was finally brought to us, it was already cold. We told our waitress about this and she said she would let us speak with the manager. No manager ever spoke to us or even came to the table. Nothing was knocked off of our $31 bill. No one apologized for the wait. We had to wait 20 more minutes after we were finished with our cold food before the waitress even brought the check to us. We were there a total of 2 hours. A whole wasted trip with cold food, a waitress that didn't even stop by our table to offer any kind of consolation as to why it was taking so long, along with no manager assistance. This trip was embarassing for me because this was my parents first trip there and I had been bragging about how great this place was. A complete letdown and waste of a Christmas gift. A local favorite, or highly recommended because
