I've liked this office for years - except for the nurse who returns calls - until this happened. The NP hurt me when doing a procedure. She continued even though I asked her to stop. The doctor did not take my complaint about this seriously and dismissed it.



The nurse is always rude when speaking to me even though I am a nurse too. She didn't take the time to read my whole chart before she rudely asked why I had not followed up with their recommendation EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAD!



I didn't even bother to let the dr. know about this since she already dismissed my other complaint.



The facility is beautiful.



One more thing. Last year I had my blood drawn by a very unprofessional girl. She was rude and did not speak the entire time, and she left a huge bruise on my arm. That has never happened before. Thankfully that did not happen this year. Either she was off that day or had been fired.
