How one person can ruin your whole experience. I visited Mommy & Me salon because it looked like a fun place and because the manager completely sold it to me with her friendly upbeat attitude.The day of my appointment my girls got stuck with horrible service from one of the employees. This lady didn't even greet us, did not smile once, and kept rolling her eyes at the kids! At one point my daughter was talking to her about colors while getting her nails painted and the woman completely ignored her. It was just terrible. People like that should not work with kids, she just looked miserable there. It was nice to pamper my kids, but I will not be going back there after this. As a manager I would not have somebody with zero customer service or people skills on my floor.
