Established in 1968, Edison Private School is a coeducational, independent educational institution that is located in Hialeah, Fla. The school provides a range of extracurricular activities, such as ballet, modeling, band, and book and debate clubs. Edison Private School s day care learning centers provide activities and learning experiences to guide children. Its preschool computer center has computers with CD-ROMs and age-appropriate software for students in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten. Edison Private School s elementary and middle school programs include instruction to students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. Its high school curriculum is designed for students in grades 9 through 12. Edison Private School is a member of the Florida Association of Academic Nonpublic Schools and the Dade Association of Academic Nonpublic Schools.
