I can't even find the words. She won't tell you what's wrong with your pet until it serious just so she can keep taking your money. The grooming is just disgusting. I know over a dozen people who's animals have been snipped or cut because of unexpierenced groomers. She had one great grooming that just dissappeared. Some of her staff is full of thiefs and liars. The other half are just full of attitudes. As a former costumer I suggest that you take your pet somewhere else.
