About WS Realty Ws Realty, Inc started in 2004 as a sister company to Western States Development and Investments. After establishing itself in the Inland Empire doing new tract homes sales and resale, the company relocated to the High Desert, based on the opportunities that prevail. The first real estate company to establish a Rent to Own program in the high desert. With over 150 homes currently in the Rent to Own program we offer dozens of homes to buyers to purchase at a future date, all the while leasing the homes until the banks make loans readily available.
