Terrible company..very unprofessional and scammers. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM..THE SOONER THEY SHUT DOWN THE BETTER! YOU WONT GET AWAY WITH YOUR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! PEOPLE WILL SEE THE TRUTH IN YOUR LIES!!

Worst "management" company EVER! do not use these guys. They are truly the worst people to deal with period. We can't believe they are still in business!!! I would not even give them one star .

This property management is HORRIBLE. When we moved from our place we cleaned the heck out of that place and made it look pristine. It looked SO much better than when we moved in! The thank you we got? Out of our $1100 deposit, they thought they should only give us $600 of it back and keep the remainder for "repairs." They gave us "Unsatisfactory" ratings on our move-out report for things like a crack in the slab of the garage (cause we all know I can cause that), discolored stucco on the outside of the house (weather caused) and other items that were ALREADY listed as problems on MY move-in report. I called to tell them how disappointed I was in their company and to demand more of a refund. What l I got was a "We need your dispute in writing to take to the owner because WE can't do anything for you... It's the owner's decision..." Even though they're the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY and it's their "Inspector Cody" that wrote up all of the ridiculous "repairs" that needed fixing. Isn't that THEIR job... That's why VIP's Inspector Cody was the one inspecting, right??? The best part? We even know the property management owners and got screwed. Imagine being a stranger and trying to get help. My advise is to stay away from this company. They are dishonest and willing to do whatever they can to rip you off and say, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it" in the process
