I go to this thrift store at least once a week, mostly during the 50% off days, because their prices are insane. For example, they had a dining room table with four chairs that was damaged, and they wanted $600? It doesn't matter the brand, it's a thrift store... Some of the employees are cool, but the rest are rude and unprofessional. I'd rather go to San Bernardino, Riverside, and Redlands. Their prices are much better, and they have quality merchandise compared to this one.

I arrived at the main st. Location to drop off approximately $1,000. 00 worth if good to great condition of children's clothing and toys. The drop off workers directed me to leave because they were closed. I called and found out the donation area wasn't going to close for another half hour. The employees their were rude a sacred as free donations were not appreciated. I will no longer donate to the Salvation Army. If free items are a nuance to them then I will take my stuff to an organization that will appreciate it. I will also be recommending this to anyone who is choosing between Salvation Army and another organization

The prices for a thrift store are a bit high on clothes, even with discounts. I saw a few tops like I have, that were marked up by five dollars more than I bought them new. And for crying out loud, trash the ripped up, stained clothing. I saw a pair of paint stained jeans with holes in them for 8.99, really?

Let the public know what day is tje 40 percent sale day in advance.
