Used this Funeral Home mortuary to coordinate the transfer and prep for my father our director Jacob was a complete idiot lied to my family more then one and had us doing all leg work which is what they were being paid for. The third party insurance procedures to process life insurance is an absolute head ache rip off hassle. I would not ever recommend this place. Jacob is certainly in the wrong business! He was also rude and seemed to lack basic education and communication skills.
