I spoke with an Amber at the Hesperia Branch in California a few days ago to get help with my online banking. I wanted to send a thank you note to her and her management. I have spent the last few months struggling with my access and have spoken to several different customer services reps. After letting her know how frustrated I was and that I was going to close my acct, she offered to spend some extra time and figure out my issue. She promised to call back the next day, and she did. I have access now to my acct and did not have to close my acct after having been going to DCB for more than 20 years. Please let her know how pleased I am with her customer service and thank you all for all the help I have received.
