Frequent management changes, inconsistent enforcement of policies, and outright theft are among the many amenities you can expect at this overrated apartment community. During the four years I spent there, we saw three different property managers, each with a different agenda. Unfortunately, none of these agendas were in favor of the tenent.When I finally moved, I expected the $800 in pet deposits to cover the minimal pet damage to the carpet. I was told instead that the pet deposits were merely, "free money," a fee I paid to allow a pet to reside in the apartment.
